Upload the formal court and application documents that explain what order exists, what is being varied, and where the case is up to.

Provide a valuation obtained in the last six months and a recent mortgage statement for each mortgage.

For every other property, land, or building, provide valuation and mortgage evidence where applicable.

Attach 12 months of statements for every account held in the last year, including sole, joint, closed, nominee, and overdrawn accounts.

Upload latest investment statements/dividend counterfoils and surrender valuations for life insurance or endowment policies with surrender value.

Upload last two years of business accounts, valuation support if available, tax assessment/accountant letter, and management accounts if income has changed.

Upload a recent cash equivalent statement for every pension or PPF entitlement, or the letter requesting the valuation if not yet available.

Upload your P60 for the last financial year, last three payslips, and your P11D if one was issued.

Upload benefit award letters, pension income evidence, maintenance receipts, or other income evidence where relevant.

Upload credit card statements, loan agreements, CGT/tax estimates, bills, childcare costs, school fees, and housing estimates.

Upload trust/option documents, agreements, settlement documents, transaction evidence, or other material your solicitor asks for.
